A degreed petroleum engineer and founding partner with over 40 years project, engineering and operations management experience in petroleum and geothermal energy industries. David has held numerous operations and engineering management positions that have included, exploration and development drilling, field development production facilities, pipelines and power generation in remote environmentally sensitive land and offshore locations  in;Asia Pacific Rim, India, Africa, Middle East and Europe.
As the client, his responsibilities included management of aviation, marine vessel, onshore and offshore support base facilities and construction, both facilities and civil; to the various projects he has managed globally.

T. Melody kalaivendan

With over 16 years international experience in banking and niche financial services, Melody has established strong ties to investors both private and registered institutions based on performance and modelling experience. He is a financial graduate holding a B Com and MBA.
He has led teams of financial funding industry professionals handling a bouquet of corporate and new private entrepreneur clientele ranging from infrastructure, Special Economic Zones (SEZ), agriculture, power generation, green energy, real estate, HNI virgin projects, IT services and education.
Possessing global connectivity he has led mandated teams managing syndicated debt finance with focused expertise and a reputation for dependability in both formal and informal project finance, utilizing his computer based Strong Financial Model (SFM) skills that have enabled him to undertake intricate project analysis, corporate due diligence, strategic planning and one-on-one client relations. His expertise extends to the funding requirements of green field projects, objective evaluation and analysis, along with preparation and modification of business modelling for security asset cover and working capital. Additional responsibilities, have included interaction with investment bankers in the pursuit of suitable funding options for structured/mezzanine debt, market assessment evaluation and technical feasibility resulting in a Project Information Memorandum (PIM) being provided. Management of new business working capital (LC, CC, OD)
Melody’s achievements include; disbursement of funds to 11 corporations, ranging from US$ 32 million to US$ 360 million with each funding supporting the corporate project at different stages of the project’s life cycle.

As a key member of the Hybrid Air Vehicle team Gordon participated in the aviation company vision that turned into reality through sound strategy and development. He intuitively identifies opportunities and brings them together into a coherent whole, assists others to extend their thinking, and drives material business advantage. He is an inspirational individual that promotes action while, at the same time, is grounded in financial information that leverages the business. Respected as a credible voice in the aviation industry and financial circles, he brings a wealth of experience to the company through his previous positions with; De Havilland Aircraft Canada Ltd., Advanced Technologies Group/SkyCat Group, and Hybrid Air Vehicles Ltd. He currently holds director positions at Weslake Air Services Limited and Intelligent Air Associates Limited.
Previously, as director of Hybrid Air Vehicles Limited he led a team that secured a US$ 500 million contract with the US Department of Defence (Northrop Gruman) for development of their Long Endurance Multi-Intelligent Vehicle (LEMV) program. As part of this program he successfully secured premises and increased the staff of aviation professionals from 15 to 100 within six months.
Dual language speaking (French & English), Gordon holds UK MoD Security Clearance to 2018.



Basheer’s professional career commenced with multi-national corporations; Singapore Airlines, Aspial (Lee Hwa Group). DuPont Lycra International and Raffles City Hotels in the fields of training, development and service quality.
A University of Leicester (UK) graduate Basheer sighted synergistic opportunity in 2004 in the area of Out-of-Home Media and founded 3R Display AdSolutions in Singapore and PT. 3R Solusi Indah in Indonesia.
In 2005, he was recognized for his contributions by Shell Live Wire and received the Young Business Start-up Award endorsed by the Ministry of Trade and Industry of Singapore, Shell Group of Companies, Institute of technical Education Alumni Association (ITEAA) and Singapore Press Holdings. He was also inducted into Action Community for Entrepreneurship (ACE) by Singapore Institute of Technical Association in January 2006.
 Basheer comes with a wealth of experience in business development and led companies like Point of View (POV) Media, iCabTV, EYE Corp, Singapore Press Holdings Limited, Vdopia Inc. and AOL Inc. in media sales.​


Geoffrey has been resident in Indonesia for 22 years and is presently involved in a National Agricultural Production and Environment Improvement programme, running Field Trials of Bio-Nutrients, insecticides, fungicides and other support products, in a drive to enhance Agricultural production form farmer-level, in West Java.  He has also been consulting to Energy, Construction & Engineering clients for onshore Construction developments, assisting in and writing Subsea decommissioning and constructability plans.  He communicates with ease, at field, boardroom, external client and Government Regulator levels.  
As a foundation to his present activities, he has in excess of 30 years of experience as a Project Manager in Civil, Structural Engineering, Mineral Extraction, Power and Water distribution, Marine Environmental and Reinstatement Projects, Subsea Construction, Repair, Maintenance and Rectifications, Pipelay, Accommodation and Derrick Barges, High Rise & Commercial Developments, having taken the lead role in isolated Middle Eastern postings, Multi-Project Management in East Kalimantan and in the establishment of one domestic and two foreign investment PMA Companies in Jakarta. All operations carry strong demands of timely execution, detailed reporting and tightly regulated technical and financial controls and have been executed with outstanding HSEQ management and performance, total Regulator compliance and improved financial returns.
His personal strengths include setting up projects, building the right teams and guiding training programs, developing fit-for-purpose contracts and procedures.  He is also well versed in steering compliance with International Contracting and Taxation Laws. 
His records include driving and improving Operational Performance, Profitability and Owner-Value of conventional and unconventional Onshore & Offshore Developments.  He has also lead the establishment of 2 new Foreign Investment companies and 1 local entity, in Indonesia. 
Leadership experience came at an early age, when having received formal qualifications and then commenced working in the Greater London area of England, he was taken by his company to the Sultanate of Oman and placed in charge of mineral extraction, desert access road development, water resourcing & distribution, for the National Police and Defense clients, constructing the first stabling for the Royal Guard and Police horses.  This set him into an extremely rural environment and gave the first taste of Animal Feed growing and crop improvement, in an area where there had previously been none!



Mike Gray has global experience in multiple market sectors, leading-edge technology and management of risk-&-reward.  He is a Chartered Engineer with international experience spanning Asia-Pacific, the Indian sub-continent, Middle East, Africa, Former Soviet Union, Europe and North America.  Currently based in Indonesia and Myanmar, Mike’s regional activities cover defence, education, energy, agriculture/aquaculture and process engineering focusing on meeting customer needs including business development, establishment of operational entities and technology transfer.
Prior to twelve years as Regional Director in Indonesia for Rolls-Royce, during which he was responsible for corporate affairs and achieving significant business development across the aerospace, defence, marine and energy sectors, Mike held positions as Managing Director of Rolls-Royce Nuclear Engineering Services, supplying reactor maintenance, decommissioning, and design and manufacturing services to the nuclear sector.  Before joining Rolls-Royce in April 1995, Mike Gray was for five years Managing Director of Simon Carves, the international process engineering contractor, comprising 14 companies with a presence in 12 countries and 2,100 professional staff.  His earlier career encompassed Management Consultancy with the March Consulting Group, following various posts up to General Manager with Dunlop.  In addition to Serenity West Pacific Co., Mike’s present affiliations include the Del Foundation, KWR International Inc., PT DWI Energi Prima, PT Agropharm Asia Makmur and energy sector services. 
In 2006, HM Queen Elizabeth awarded him the honour of Officer of the Order of the British Empire for his services in supporting the disaster relief and reconstruction of Aceh following the 2004 Tsunami plus his services to British business in Indonesia. 
Mike's qualifications include a BSc in Fuel and Combustion Engineering (Leeds University, UK) and a PhD, (Aston University, UK).    He is a Chartered Engineer.  During his career he has published 25 papers.
